智慧工地管控体系在电网工程领域的研究与应用 被引量:3

摘要 为规范智慧工地建设满足施工工地对项目技术、安全、质量、进度、采购等全过程可观、可测、可控,实现精益化管控需求的目标,本文从智慧工地框架搭建、智慧工地平台与模块建设、机制建设以及试点应用四个方面阐述了智慧工地具体内涵及建设要求,为智慧工地管控体系在电网工程领域的应用提供了参考策略. In order to standardize the construction of smart construction sites and meet the construction project site,the project technology,safety,quality,progress,procurement and other processes are considerable,measurable,controllable,and achieve the goal of lean control and control.This paper builds from the smart site framework and works on the smart site.The platform and module construction,mechanism construction and pilot application have elaborated the specific connotation and construction requirements of the smart site,and provided a reference strategy for the application of the smart site management and control system in the field of power grid engineering.
