优化离散占空比控制改善三电平直接转矩输出特性

摘要 针对合成矢量三电平逆变器直接转矩控制算法中,存在一个周期内工作矢量不连续造成转矩脉动较大的缺点,提出了一种优化离散占空比控制策略.该策略根据前一个采样周期的磁链和转矩误差,来确定下一开关周期所应施加在逆变器上电压矢量的占空比.利用空间电压矢量脉宽调制的方法,合成加占空比控制下一周期开关电压矢量,在保持开关频率固定的条件下,能有效地减小转矩脉动.仿真和实验结果表明,该策略可以在保持定子磁链轨迹近似为圆、电流波形正弦性良好的同时,很好地减小了转矩脉动. In the direct torque control algorithm of synthetic vector three-level inverter,there is a shortcoming of large torque ripple caused by discontinuity of working vector in one cycle.An optimized discrete duty cycle control strategy is proposed.The strategy determines the duty cycle of the voltage vector to be applied to the inverter for the next switching cycle based on the flux linkage and torque error of the previous sampling period.The space voltage vector pulse width modulation method is used to synthesize the next cycle switching voltage vector after the duty cycle control,and the torque ripple can be effectively reduced under the condition that the switching frequency is kept constant.The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed strategy can reduce the torque ripple well while keeping the track flux trace of the stator approximately circular and the current waveform sinusoidal.
