高铁场景下打造精品微信业务感知

Quality WeChat service perception in high-speed railway scenario

摘要 贵州是典型的喀斯特地貌,也是全国唯一没有平原支撑的省份,境内沪昆、贵广和渝贵高铁线路已开通运营,线路横穿多个隧道、桥梁,网络建设维护的难度全国罕见.2017年起,贵州移动以“打造高铁精品微信感知”为目标,开展专项整治,以微信业务感知为入手点,洞察影响业务感知的主要因素,发掘高铁网络短板,制定具体化、针对化优化策略,切实改善用户体验,提升品牌竞争力. Guizhou is a typical karst landform and the only province in China without plain support.The Shanghai—Kunming,Guizhou-Guangzhou and Chongqing-Guizhou high-speed railway lines have been opened and operated.The lines lUll through many tunnels and bridges.The difficulty of network construction and maintenance is rare in China.Since 2017,Guizhou Mobile has been carrying out special renovation aiming at“creating high-speed rail high—quality Weixin perception”,starting with Weixin business perception,penetrating the main factors affecting business perception,exploring the shortcomings of high-speed rail network,formulating specific and targeted optimization strategies,effectively improving user experience and enhancing brand competitiveness.
