摘要
应用型高校人才培养的质量取决于教师的实践教学能力.为培养适应社会经济发展和行业产业需要的高素质应用型人才,需努力提升教师的实践教学能力.本文深入分析应用型本科院校在提升教师实践教学能力过程中面临的问题及其成因,总结其在提升教师实践教学能力方面的经验,希望为其他应用型本科高校提供借鉴.
The quality of personnel cultivation in application-oriented institutionsdepends on the practical teaching ability of teachers.In order to cultivate high quality applied talents who can meet the needs of social economic development and industrial development,efforts should be made to improve teachers’ practical teaching ability.This paper deeply analyzes problems and solutions in improving teachers’ practical teaching ability,hoping to provide reference for other application-oriented institutions.
