摘要
奥氏体不锈钢材料具有良好的塑性,通过室温应变强化技术对奥氏体不锈钢容器进行超压处理,提高了奥氏体不锈钢容器的屈服强度,从而提高了许用应力.这样可以明显地减小材料的厚度,降低容器的自重,实现冷冻液化气体罐式集装箱的轻量化设计,达到了节能降耗的目的.
Austenitic stainless steel has good plasticity.Through normal temperature cold stretch technology,the austenitic stainless steel vessel is subjected to over pressure treatment,which improves the yield strength of austenitic stainless steel and improves the allowable stress.This can obviously reduce the thickness of the material and reduce the weight of the container,so as to realize the lightweight design of the refrigerated liquefied gas portable tank,and achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.
