摘要
乡村旅游综合体非经济价值的实现具有重要的市场、社会与战略意义.以金甲岭村为研究区域,通过问卷调查并辅以访谈法探究乡村旅游综合体非经济价值游客感知的维度结构、影响因素与作用机理.研究结果表明:乡村旅游综合体非经济价值的游客感知包含休闲生态、情感、教育、文化四个维度;学历、职业、收入、本地居住时间等人口统计因素影响游客的非经济价值感知状况;四个非经济价值游客感知维度对于游客的满意度与游后行为均具有正向影响作用,满意度在不同游客感知价值维度与游后行为意向中具有差异化中介作用.
The realization of the non-economic value of rural tourism complex has important market,social and strategic significance.This paper takes Jinjialing Village in Hengyang,Hunan Province as the research area,and explores the dimensional structure,influencing factors and mechanism of the non-economic value tourists’perception of rural tourism complex through questionnaire survey and interview method.The results show that the tourist perception of non-economic value of rural tourism complex includes four dimensions:leisure ecology,emotion,education and culture.The demographic factors such as education,occupation,income and local residence time affect the non-economic value perception of tourists.The perception dimension of non-economic value tourists has a positive impact on the satisfaction of tourists and post-tour behavior.Satisfaction has different mediating effects in different visitors’perceived value dimensions and post-tour behavior intentions.This paper has guiding significance for the management and sustainable development of rural tourism complexes.
