摘要
针对近距离下位煤层开采中巷道布置及支护技术展开研究.对近距离下位煤层巷道的布置方式及优缺点分析,并通过理论计算得到下煤层巷道的合理错距;对下位煤层的巷道支护方式进行设计并提出分段支护设计技术,对不同种类的顶板进行支护设计.通过实践证明,这种运行方式可以使围岩的应力状态得到很大改善,能提升围岩的负荷能力,有效降低支护成本,为安全生产工作提供有力保障.在近距离下位煤层开采中做好巷道布置及支护十分重要,可以为类似矿区类似条件下近距离下位煤层开采支护提供参考.
The research on roadway layout and support technology in close lower coal seam mining is carried out.The layout,advantages and disadvantages of the lower coal seam roadway are analyzed,and the reasonable fault distance of the lower coal seam roadway is obtained through theoretical calculation.The roadway support method of the lower coal seam is designed and the sectional support design technology is proposed for different kinds of roof.It has been proved by practice that this operation mode can greatly improve the stress state of the surrounding rock,improve the load capacity of the surrounding rock,effectively reduce the support cost,and provide a strong guarantee for safe production.It is very important to make the roadway layout and support in the close lower coal seam mining,which can provide references for the close lower coal seam mining support under similar conditions in the mining area.
