摘要
煤矿生产具有连续性和自动化的操作特点,绝大多数生产活动在实际开展过程中处于相对恶劣环境之下,这些因素的存在对参与生产的人员、 技术以及设备等基础要素提出了较高要求.近年来,我国各大煤矿洗煤厂因生产设备管理不到位所引发的事故不计其数,行业生产安全等级逐渐被拉低,被选入高危行业之列.为进一步降低煤矿洗煤厂安全事故发生率,保障人员生命财产安全,文章运用管理学知识,对当前煤矿洗煤厂设备管理特点及其面临问题进行全面分析,在与洗煤厂实际发展情况相结合的基础上,探索新时期煤矿洗煤厂可持续发展之路,从根本上实现管理人员综合素质的提升,设备点检维修制度的贯彻落实以及对当前管理制度的创新等等.
In order to further reduce the incidence of safety accidents in coal preparation plants and ensure the safety of life and property of personnel,the article uses management knowledge to comprehensively analyze the current equipment management characteristics and problems faced by coal preparation plants.Combining with the actual development of coal preparation plants,the sustainable development of coal prepatation plants in the new era is explored,in order to fundamentally realize the improvement of the comprehensive quality of management personnel,the implementation of the equipment inspection and maintenance system and the innovation of the current management system.
