纺织品耐光色牢度色差值曝晒过程能力分析 被引量:4

Capability analysis of color fastness to light on color difference in insolation process

摘要 通过对4级蓝色羊毛标样在3台不同耐光机中的一阶段色差值运用过程能力分析,借助Minitab统计软件计算出CPK的大小,筛选出最合适进行耐光测试的机台.对不同机台进行分析,优化测试条件,缩小设备测试差异,提高耐光测试质量,提高技术管理水平. Based on the process capability analysis on the first-stage color difference value for 4 grade blue wool standard samples in three different light fastness machines,the most suitable machine for light fastness test was selected with the calculation of CPK value using Minitab statistical software.The different equipment test results were reduced with the analysis of varied machines and the optimized test condition,improving the light fastness test quality and numerical management level.
