摘要
目的:通过随访对Colles骨折手法整复后小夹板固定与石膏固定的疗效进行比较.方法:将112例Colles骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组56例.观察组患者采用手法复位小夹板固定治疗,对照组患者采用手法复位石膏固定治疗.2组患者均获随访6个月,观察患者腕关节功能恢复情况,比较治疗前、后患者的掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨相对高度.按照Gartland-Werley腕关节评分标准,比较2组患者的腕关节评分,以评价其疗效.结果:治疗前,2组患者的掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨相对高度比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后第6个月,2组患者的腕关节功能恢复优良率、掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨相对高度比较,观察组的临床效果均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:Colles骨折手法整复后小夹板固定的疗效优于石膏固定.
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of fixation by small splint and plaster after manipulative reconstruction in treatment of Colles fracture through follow-up.Methods:Totally 112 patients with Colles fractures were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 56 cases in each group.The patients of treatment group were treated with manipulative reconstruction and small splint fixation,the patients of control group were treated with manipulative reconstruction and plaster fixation.The patients of two group were followed up for 6 months,watched the recovery of wrist function.Palm inclination angle,ulnar deviation angle and relative height of radius were compared between before and after treatment.According to the Gartland-Werley wrist score standard,the wrist joint score of the patients of two groups were compared to evaluate their clinical effects.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the palm inclination angle,ulnar deviation angle and relative height of radius between the two groups(P>0.05);The sixth months after treatment,the clinical effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group,the differences in the wrist function recovery rate,the palm inclination angle,ulnar deviation angle and relative height of radius between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small splint fixation was more effective than plaster fixation in treatment of Colles fractures after manipulative reconstruction.
