摘要
以Li2CO3、Ni0.6Co0.2Mn0.2(OH)2为原材料,采用热固相法,在纯氧条件下,在不同灼烧条件下制备了镍钴锰三元氧化物Li(Ni0.6Co0.2Mn0.2)O2的单晶三元材料.并通过XRD、SEM、比表面积、恒电流充放电测试等方法对该材料的晶体结构、微观形貌及扣式电池电化学性能进行表征和分析.结果表明,880℃条件下恒温12h产物的衍射特征峰与Li(Ni0.6Co0.2Mn0.2)O2的标准谱一致,为单一物相,具有较好的层状结构,其微观形貌呈一次颗粒状态,具有较高的可逆性,在3.0~4.3V条件下进行充放电测试,扣式电池0.1C首次放电比容量可达184.25 mAh/g,扣式电池1C 150次循环后放电比容量仍为初始放电容量的92.29%.
Using Li2CO3 and Ni0.6Co0.2Mn0.2(OH)2 as materials,single crystal ternary Li(Ni0.6Co0.2Mn0.2)O2 was prepared by hot solid phase method under pure oxygen conditions and under different burning conditions.XRD,SEM,specific surface area and constant current charge-discharge test were used to characterize and analyze the crystal structure,micro-morphology and electrochemical performance of the material.The results show that the diffraction characteristic peaks of the products at 880℃for 12h are highly consistent with the standard spectra of Li(Ni0.6Co0.2Mn0.2)O2,which is single phase and have good layered structure.The micro-morphology of the products is in the state of primary particles and has high reversibility.At 3.0~4.3V,the first discharge capacity of 0.1C button battery can reach 184.25 mAh/g,and the discharge capacity is still 92.29%of the initial discharge capacity after 100 cycles.
