摘要
文中以和田河流域灌区为研究对象,通过对灌区水资源、作物需水量及灌溉水利用系数的分析,得出和田河流域灌区需通过骨干工程和田间工程的改造、发展高效节水灌溉、修建山区控制性水利工程等一系列措施,能够使和田河流域毛需水量降为238 750万m3,灌溉水综合利用系数达到0.60.满足人水和谐发展,实现经济和社会的可持续发展.
This paper takes the Hetian River Basin irrigation area as the reseach object.Based on the analysis of water resources,crop water requirement and irrigation water utilization coefficient in Hetian River Basin irrigation area,it is concluded that the gross water demand of the Hetian River Basin can be reduced to 2 387.5 million m3 and the comprehensive utilization coefficient of irrigation water can reach O.60 through a series of measures such as the transformation of backbone and field projects,the development of efficient water—saving irrigation and the construction of controlled water conservancy projects in mountainous areas,to satisfy the harmonious development of human and water,and to realize the sustainable development of economy and society.
