摘要
与国内施工相比,国际工程项目现场管理要面对完全不同的政治、经济、文化环境,要克服各国风俗、地理气候、思维习惯等差异.国际工程项目对施工安全管理提出了更多、更高的要求.本文以非洲安哥拉本格拉铁路为例,介绍海外工程项目现场安全管理的经验,对海外工程项目现场安全管理具有一定的指导意义.
Compared with the domestic construction,the international project management must face completely different political,economic and cultural environment,and overcome the differences of customs,geography,climate and habits.And security is the most important of the construction management,SO the international project has put forward more and higher requirements for the safety management of the builders.Taking Benguela Railway in Angola as an example,this paper introduces the experience of site safety management for overseas projects,which has a certain guiding significance for the safety management of overseas projeets.
