摘要
田桓铁路谢家崴子太子河特大桥是我国首座单线铁路节段预制胶接简支桥梁.本文结合太子河特大桥的施工实践,介绍了 ZQJ64m单线节段拼装造桥机的结构组成及施工方式,着重介绍了单线混凝土箱梁拼装过程中节段运输、涂胶、体系转换等关键技术.
Xiejiawaizi Taizihe Super-large Bridge in Tianhuan Railway is the first domestic monorail segmental prefabricated cementing simple-supported bridge.Combined with the construction practice of Taizihe Super-large Bridge,this paper introduced the structure composition and construction method of ZQJ64m single-line segmental assembly bridging machine,and focused on the key technologies such as segment transportation,coating and system conversion in the assembling process of single-line concrete box girder.
