摘要
南京地铁宁和城际TA02标景—铁区间采用盾构法施工,盾构机为海瑞克复合式土压平衡盾构机.区间地层以卵砾石夹粉质黏土为主,该地层为中等透水地层.盾构机在此地层中掘进时如何解决地下水汇聚土仓、避免螺旋机喷涌成为盾构能否顺利掘进的关键,在此情况下研究采用砂浆中和技术,取得了良好效果.
The shield tunneling method is adopted in the construction between Jingmingjiayuan Station and Tiexinqiao Station in Lot TA02 of Nanjing Metro Line S3, the shield machine is Herrenknecht composite EPB shield machine. The interval stratum is composed of silty clay with gravel, which is a moderately permeable stratum. The key point is how to solve the problems of groundwater gathering and avoid the screw conveyor spewing in order to smoothly tunnel in this stratum. In view of this, the mortar neutralization technology is used, and good results have been obtained.
