不同护理模式预防剖宫产后患者并发深静脉血栓形成中的作用被引量：18

Effect of Different Nursing Modes on Patients with deep vein Thrombosis after Cesarean Section

摘要目的观察不同护理模式在剖宫产合并下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)患者中的护理效果.方法将我院收治的80例剖宫产患者作为本次研究所观察的对象,将其采用动态随机化法分为两组进行研究,分别为采用常规护理的对照组与采用综合护理干预的观察组,每组产妇各40例.对两组产妇护理后的凝血因子指标水平、DVT发生率以及患者对护理的满意度.结果经过护理后,观察组产妇的aPTT、PT、D-D指标水平高于对照组,(P< 0.05);观察组产妇的DVT发生率为2.50% (1/40),对照组为17.50% (7/40) (P<0.05);并且,观察组护理满意度为95.00%,参照组满意度为75.00% (P< 0.05).结论综合护理干预模式在剖宫产合并DVT患者护理效果明显,有效改善产妇凝血功能,降低DVT发生率,提高护理满意度.
