摘要
目的:探讨慢性心力衰竭患者血清中N 末端B 型脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)在诊断中的应用价值。方法选取本院近年来收治的96例慢性心衰患者作为观察组,同期社区健康体检者30例作为对照组,利用ELISA法检测两组患者血清中NT-proBNP 浓度。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者血清中 NT-proBNP 水平均显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清中NT-proBNP 的测定对于慢性心力衰竭患者具有一定的诊断价值。
Objective:to study the serum NT-proBNP in patients with chronic heart failure diagnosis the application value.Selection Methods:our hospital treated 96 cases of patients with chronic heart failure in recent years as the observation group,the same community health check-up,30 cases as control group,using the method of ELISA detection of two groups of NT-proBNP concentration in serum.Results:compared with control group,the observation group of patients NT-proBNP in serum levels were significantly increased,the dif erence was statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the determination of serum NT-proBNP in patients with chronic heart failure has certain diagnostic value.
