摘要
目的:探讨家庭干预对居家腹膜透析患者生活质量的影响。方法将40例分成两组,实验组20例患者分成电话回访与家庭回访相结合的方式实施家庭护理干预,对照组20例患者仅接受常规护理。结果实验组患者的生活质量明显比对照组高,而且再次住院率、并发症发生率明显比对照组低,具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论对于居家腹膜透析患者实施护理干预后,其再次住院率、并发症发生率明显降低,改善了患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the ef ect of family intervention on quality of life in patients with peritoneal dialysis.40 cases were divided into two groups,20 cases in experimental group were divided into objective to explore the ef ect of family intervention on quality of life in patients with peritoneal dialysis.Methods 40 cases were divided into two groups,20 cases in experimental group were divided into telephone and family visit a combination of family nursing intervention,the control group of 20 patients received only routine care.Results in the experimental group,the life quality of patients was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the re hospitalization rate,complication rate was significantly lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion the implementation of nursing intervention of patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis,the re hospitalization rate,complication rate decreased obviously,improved the quality of life of patients.
