摘要
目的:探讨慢性盆腔炎合并月经过少采用中药保留灌肠进行治疗的临床疗效。方法15例慢性盆腔炎合并月经过少患者,随机分为观察组8例和对照组7例。两组均为慢性盆腔炎导致的月经过少。治疗组采用中药保留灌肠治疗,观察组为口服抗生素。结果经6个疗程治疗后,观察组8例中有6例临床症状消失,月经量明显增多,量在30~50ml,2例临床症状消散,月经量较前稍多,量约25ml;对照组7例临床症状消失,但所有患者月经无明显变化,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性盆腔炎合并月经过少采用中药保留灌肠进行治疗疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective To study the curative ef ect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with hypomenorrhea retention enema treatment using traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:15 cases of chronic pelvic inflammation with hypomenorrhea patients,randomly divided into the observation group 8 cases and control group with 7 cases.Two groups of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease resulting in less menstrual.The treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema treatment,the observation group to oral antibiotics.Results:after 6 courses of treatment,the observation group of 8 cases in 6 cases of clinical symptoms disappeared,menstruation is increased,the volume of 30 to 50ml in 2 cases,clinical symptoms disappeared,menstruation is slightly more,about 25ml;control group:7 cases of clinical symptoms disappeared in al patients,but no obvious menstruation change,the observation group was bet er than the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with hypomenorrhea with TCM retention enema treatment ef ect is significant,worthy of promotion.
