摘要
目的:胰漏是脾切除术后重要并发症之一,我们总结脾切除术后胰漏的观察与护理要点,更好的处理这种并发症,以促进患者的康复。方法回顾性总结2003年~2013年10例行脾切除术后并发胰漏患者的观察及护理情况。结果通过积极的治疗,有效的引流,密切的观察及护理,10例并发胰漏的患者全部痊愈出院。结论除了做好常规护理外,必须加强临床观察,以警惕多器官功能衰竭。加强营养支持和心理护理,特别强调有效引流是护理的关键,是保证患者康复的重要措施之一。
Objective:To summarize our experience on observation and nursing of pancreatic leakage after splenectomy.Method:Ten cases of pancreatic leakage after splenectomy between 2003 and 2013 were reviewed and relative nursing processes were col ected.Results:Through good drainage,and careful nursing,the patients recovered smoothly.Conclusion:To promote the recovery of patients,various nursing measures should be applied,including routine nursing,careful observation,nutritional support and psychological nursing.Smooth drainage should be paid special at ention to,which is the key point for patients'recovery.
