摘要
本文就贡山县医院近10年的胫腓骨开放性骨折的的54例病例治疗方法予以探讨。通过创面彻底清创、早期修复软组织及适当的外固定固定,再加上择期内固定手术,可获良好治疗效果。
this paper Gongshan County Hospital in the past 10 years of open fractures of tibia and fibula in the treatment of 54 cases.The wound debridement,early repair and appropriate soft tissue fixation,internal fixation operation on selective plus,and can obtain satisfactory therapeutic ef ect.
