摘要
随着对肿瘤研究的不断深入,各种类型的化疗药物不断被应用于临床。护理人员在配置化疗药物时,防护用具、设施不足,护理人员职业安全防护意识差,对护理人员健康造成危害。探讨防护对策对减少化疗职业危害,保护化疗护士健康和环境安全十分重要。护理人员必须加强自我防护,减轻化疗药物对自身的危害。
along with the development of cancer research,various types ofchemotherapy drugs being used in clinical.Nursing staf in the al ocation ofchemotherapeutic drugs,lack of protective equipment,facilities,nursing staf occupation safety consciousness dif erence,cause harm to the health of nursing staf.To investigate the protective measures to reduce theoccupation harm protection chemotherapy,chemotherapy nurses'healthand environmental safety is very important.Nursing staf should strengthen self protective,reduce chemotherapy drugs on their own.
