摘要
目的:观察盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗继发性头痛的临床疗效及副作用。方法盐酸氟桂利嗪每日5~10mg/d口服,持续观察3个月。结果42例患者经盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,总有效率达78%,疗效确切,未发现明显副作用。结论采用盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗继发性头痛效果可靠,副作用少,值得临床使用。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic and side ef ects of flunarizine hydrochloride secondary clinical headache.Methods:flunarizine hydrochloride 5-10 mg daily oral,continuous observation of 3 months.Results:42 cases of patients with flunarizine hydrochloride treatment,the total ef ective rate was 78%,curative ef ect is exact,without obvious side ef ect found.Conclusion:the ef ect of Flunarizine Hydrochloride for the treatment of secondary headaches,reliable ef ect,less side ef ects,is worthy of clinical use.
