摘要
目的:探究分析对泌尿外科患者应用优质护理服务对预防术后并发症出现的效果。方法选自我院2011年~2013年收治的进行泌尿外科手术患者共80例,以随机的方式分为对照组与观察组,每组各有患者40例。对照组患者接受常规护理方法,观察组患者则接受优质护理服务。对比两组患者的并发症出现状况。结果观察组患者出现并发症例数相对于对照组患者明显少很多,两者具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对泌尿外科患者应用优质护理服务,能够有效预防出现术后并发症的状况,并促进医患之间的和谐关系,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the application of Department of urology patients quality care to prevent postoperative complications ef ect.Methods selected in our hospital from 2011-2013 years admit ed to the Department of Urology operation in patients with a total of 80 cases,with randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 patients each group.Control group patients received conventional nursing methods,patients in the observation group received the high quality nursing service.Comparing the 2 groups of patients with complications of.Results the patients in the observation group had complications were compared with the control group were significantly less,both with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion application of high quality nursing service for patients in the Department of Urology,can ef ectively prevent the condition of postoperative complications,and promote the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients,is worth the clinical promotion.
