摘要
总结了3例小腿严重外伤行外固定架联合负压封闭引流术(VSD)的手术配合,术前做好患者的心理护理,术中密切观察病情,保持生命体征的平稳。对于合并严重软组织损伤的小腿骨折,采用外固定架联合负压封闭引流术(VSD)治疗,使两者的优势得到充分的发挥和结合,在创面早期同期处理了骨折和软组织损伤,能有效地缩短病程,降低感染,骨外露、骨不连等发生率,免去患者多次换药的痛苦,减轻护理工作的负担,提高治疗效果。
Summarized the three cases of surgery with external fixation combined with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)of crus serious trauma.Did wel patients psychological care before surgery,closely observed rhe il ness in surgery,kept vital signs steady.In order to ful y express the advantage,treated with external fixation combined with vacuum senling drainage(VSD)to seriously injured with soft tissue of crus fractures.In the early stage of the surface wound,trented fractures and soft tissue injury in the same time,could ef ectively shorten the duration of symptoms and reduced the incidence of infection,bone exposed,bone nonunion.Excused the patients'pain of repentedly dressing change,reduced nursing work burden,improved the therapeutic ef ect.
