摘要
目的:了解临床护士对静脉输注抗生素速度调节的认知及具体执行情况进行分析。方法采用整群随机抽样临床一线护士128人进行问卷调查。结果54.7%护士认为抗生素输注速度不确定,不同职称及工作时间的护士对抗生素输注速度的认知在统计学上无意义(P>0.05)。结论建议临床护士在以后静脉滴注抗生素前应仔细阅读药品说明书,并严格按药品的说明书要求的速度进行滴注。
Objective To investigate the clinical nurses to intravenous antibioticsfor speed regulation of cognition and the concrete implementation analysis.Methods stratified random sampling of clinical nurses survey was carried out in 128.Results 54.7%of nurses thought that the infusion speed uncertainty,dif erent titles and working time nurse injection speed on antibiotics lose cognitiveno statistical y significant(P>0.05).Conclusion clinical nurses after vein should careful y read the drug instructions before infusion of antibiotics,and in strict accordance with the requirements of the specification of the speed of druginfusion.
