摘要
亚急性甲状腺炎又称肉芽肿性甲状腺炎,一般认为由病毒感染引起,包括腺病毒、流感病毒、柯萨奇病毒等,也有研究表明该病属感染后自身免疫性疾病,与免疫系统功能紊乱密切相关,临床表现为甲状腺区特殊疼痛、甲状腺肿大以及甲状腺功能变化相关性表现,此病发病急、症状重、病情呈阶段性变化,这为日常护理工作提出了新的、更高的要求。
Subacute thyroiditis,also known as granulomatous thyroiditis,is general y believed caused by viral infection,Including adenovirus,influenza virus and coxsackie virus,etc.There are also studies show the disease belong to autoimmune disease after infection,which is closely related to the immune system dysfunction,whose clinical manifestations are thyroid area special pain,goiter and correlation performance about thyroid function changes.Symptoms of subacute thyroiditis come on urgent,weight,condition changes periodical y,which for the daily nursing work put forward new and higher requirements.
