摘要
目的:比较Lichtenstein无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术的临床疗效。方法98例腹股沟疝患者分为Lichtenstein无张力疝修补术组(A组)及传统疝修补术组(B组)各49例,比较分析两组平均手术时间与平均切口疼痛时间、尿潴留、住院时间、复发率情况。结果 A组治疗效果明显优于B组。结论 Lichtenstein无张力疝修补术安全,疗效可靠。
Objective To compare the clinical ef ect of Lichtenstein tension free hernioplasty and traditional hernioplasty.Methods 98 cases of inguinal hernia were divided into Lichtenstein tension free hernioplasty group(group A)and traditional hernioplasty group(B group)49 cases,comparative analysis of two groups of average operation time and average incision pain,urinary retention time,hospital stay,recurrence rate.Results in A group was obviously bet er than that of B group.Conclusion Lichtenstein tension free hernia repair is safe,reliable curative ef ect.
