摘要
目的:康复医学科的建设成为一个热点,一些人认为该学科患者病情相对稳定,风险小,疏于防范。方法本文以临床案例分析、讨论的形式,探讨常见吞咽障碍患者存在的问题,总结成功与失败的经验教训。结果吞咽障碍患者容易误吸,重者死亡。结论康复医学科是高风险的临床学科,全面的知识体系,密切的团队配合,不断提高风险意识,强化临床路径建设与管理,提高医疗质量。
Objective many rehabilitation medical School bulding,but someone isn't conscious of the risk.Methods Analyse clinical case,discussing the dysphagia problems.Results the patient of dysphagia easy aspiration,the patient that weigh death.Conclusions the rehabilitation medical school is high-risk,al-sided knowledge hierarchy,teamswork,enhancing the consciousness of risk,enhancing quality of medical care.
