摘要
目的:探讨连续肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)在蜂蜇伤合并急性肾损伤(AKI)患者中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2008年12月~2011年12月收治的蜂蜇伤合并AKI并接受CRRT治疗的患者26例,探讨CRRT治疗的临床效果。结果 CRRT治疗时间为2~21d,平均(6.9±5.2)d。26例患者中有1例患者因呼吸衰竭死亡,死亡率为3.8%;其余25例患者最终肾功能恢复、病情改善出院,平均肾功能恢复时间为(36.2±11.3)d。出院后随访1~2个月其肾功能均正常。结论连续肾脏替代疗法对于蜂蜇伤合并AKI患者具有较好的治疗效果,可以在临床中进行推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the ef ect of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)on acute kidney injury(AKI)fol owing bee stings.Methods:The data of 26 patients with AKI fol owing bee stings admit ed to our hospital between December 2008 and December 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Al the 26 patients received continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT).The primary outcomes included mortality rate and the recovery of kidney function.Results:The patients received CRRT for an average time of 6.9±5.2 days(2~21 days).One patient died from respiratory failure,with a mortality rate of 3.8%.The remaining 25 patients were fol owed up for one to two months,and get complete recovery of kidney function;the average recovery time was 36.2±11.3 days.There was no severe adverse event during CRRT treatment.Conclusion:CRRT was safe and ef ective in the treatment of patients with AKI fol owing bee stings.
