摘要
目的探讨儿童急性播散性脑脊髓炎整体护理程序,提升护理效果。方法对19例诊断为急性播散性脑脊髓炎的患儿实施入院评估、护理计划的制定和护理措施的执行,并与整体护理实施前的15例急性播散性脑脊髓炎患者的护理效果比较。结果实施整体护理后患儿发生恐惧与焦虑比率明显低于实施前,且无一例并发症发生。结论整体护理在救治儿童急性播散性脑脊髓炎中有效避免了并发症的发生,促进了疾病的转归,明显改善预后。
Objective To investigate the children with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis overall nursing process,improve the nursing ef ect.Methods 19 cases of children with a diagnosis of acute disseminated encephalomyelitis admission assessment,nursing plan formulation and execution of nursing measures,and with the overal nursing before the implementation of 15 cases of patients with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis nursing ef ect comparison.Results Children before and after the implementation of integral nursing fear and anxiety was significantly lower than before the implementation,and no complications occurred.Conclusion Holistic nursing in the treatment of children with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis ef ectively avoid the occurrence of complications and promote the outcome of the disease,significantly improve the prognosis.
