摘要
目的评价改良小切口白内障囊外摘除加人工晶体植入治疗硬核性白内障的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院在圆园13年5月~12月对89例(108眼)硬核性白内障行改良小切口囊外摘除加人工晶体植入术的临床资料。结果本组病例植入囊袋内人工晶体103眼,睫状沟人工晶体5例。89%的病例术后1w视力≧0.5,术后无严重并发症。结论改良小切口白内障囊外摘除加人工晶体植入术治疗硬核性白内障对眼球的组织损伤小,手术简单快捷,术后视力恢复快,值得在基层医院推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the modified small incision extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment ef icacy of hard nucleus cataract extraction.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2013 May to 2013 December 89 cases(108 eyes)cataract surgery improved smal incision extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation clinical data.Results The patients implanted intraocular lens in 103 eyes,5 cases with ciliary sulcus intraocular lens.In 89%cases 1 weeks after operation,visual acuity 0.5,and no serious postoperative complications.Conclusion The modified smal incision extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation for the treatment of cataract surgery on the eye tissue damage,operation simple and quick,quick recovery of visual acuity,and is worth to be popularized in basic level hospital.
