摘要
探讨分析社区儿科门诊输液存在的安全隐患,并提出应对的护理措施。输液前护士要仔细核对患儿的姓名、编号;输液中要密切关注患儿的病情发展状况,如若发生异常及时采取适当的应对措施。同时勿忘做好家长的健康宣传工作,减免不必要的医疗纠纷。开展这些应对措施能够降低因护理差错所引起的医疗纠纷的发生率,大大提高医院的服务质量。
Explore and analyze the security risks of the infusion in community outpatient department of pediatrics,and suggest the relative nursing measures.Nurses should careful y check the names and number of children before infusion.Nurses should pay close at ention to the progression of disease in children during the infusion.Nurses should promptly take appropriate response measures when exception would happened.At the same time,do not forget to do health promotion work of parents,which could reduce the unnecessary medical disputes.The implementation of these countermeasures could reduce the incidence of nursing errors caused by medical malpractice,which improved greatly the quality of hospital services.
