摘要
目的分析护理干预对脑血栓患者的影响。方法选取我院2011年4月~2013年4月期间我院收治的58例脑血栓患者,随机分两组各29例,对照组常规护理,观察组综合全面护理干预。结果观察组住院(7~10)d的有10例,跃30d的0例;对照组住院(7~10)d的有0例,跃30d的18例;观察组护理满意度为96.6%,对照组护理满意度为62.1%,差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论对脑血栓患者实施综合全面的护理,可以降低患者的住院时间,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the influence of nursing intervention on patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods In our hospital in 2011 April^2013 year in April in our hospital 58 cases of cerebral thrombosis patients,randomly divided into two groups with 29 cases in each group,the control group routine care,the observation group of comprehensive nursing intervention.Results The observation group(7~10)days in 10 cases,0 cases,30 days;the control group(7~10)days in 0 cases,18 cases,30 days;the observation group received nursing satisfaction was 96.6%,the control group of nursing satisfaction is 62.1%,the dif erence was statistical y significant(<0.05).Conclusion In patients with cerebral thrombosis implementation of comprehensive care,can reduce the hospitalization time,improve nursing satisfaction of patients,is worthy of clinical application.
