摘要
本文主要概述了中医证候学与蛋白质组学结合的原理,回顾了近5~10年来蛋白质组学技术在中医证候学中的应用,并对未来中医证候蛋白质组学的发展进行展望。拓展了蛋白质组学在中医学方面的应用领域,从新的视角阐释中医理论的内涵。
This paper summarized the main TCM Syndromes of combination principle and proteomics,reviewed the application of proteomics technology in the TCM syndromes in 5~10 years,and the future development of Chinese medicine syndrome proteomics prospect.Expand the application fields of proteomics in medicine,explain the meaning of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine from a new perspective.
