摘要
目的:探讨微创血肿穿刺术联合尿激酶治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法采用YL-1型一次性微创血肿穿刺针穿刺、抽吸、引流和尿激酶溶解血肿。结果本组共微创治疗高血压脑出血患者142例,生存134例,死亡8例,111例有较好临床效果。结论微创血肿穿刺+尿激酶治疗高血压脑出血简单快速、创伤小、疗效确切,费用低廉,适合各年龄患者,床边可以进行,不受条件限制,经临床证实,是治疗高血压脑出血较为理想的方法。
Objective To explore the minimal y invasive hematoma puncture combined with urokinase in the treatment of the clinical ef ect of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A one-time YL-1 type of minimal y invasive hematoma puncture needle puncture,aspiration,drainage and urokinase dissolved hematoma.Results In this group,a total of minimal y invasive treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in 142 cases,134 patients survived,8 cases died,111 cases had bet er clinical ef ect.Conclusion Minimal y invasive hematoma puncture+urokinase in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is simple and fast,smal trauma,definite ef ect,low cost,suitable for al ages of patients,the bed can be,is not limited by conditions,confirmed by clinical bleeding,is an ideal method for treatment of hypertensive cerebral.
