摘要
目的:观察芪苈强心胶囊对急性心肌梗死患者心功能不全的临床疗效。方法263例急性心肌梗死后心功能不全的患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予急性心肌梗死后常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用芪苈强心胶囊1.2g,3次/d,治疗3个月。结果两组患者心功能改善率、左室射血分数改变、NT-proBNP变化,均具有统计学意义。结论芪苈强心胶囊具有改善心肌梗死患者心功能不全的作用。
Objective To observe the clinical ef ects of Qiliqiangxin capsule on patients with cardiac insuf iciency after acute myocardial infarction.Methods 263 cases of patients with cardiac insuf iciency after acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional treatment after acute myocardial infarction.Patients in treatment group were treated by combination of conventional treatment and Qiliqiangxin capsule,1.2 grams,thrice a day for 3 months.Results The total ef ective rates showed significant statistical dif erences between the two groups with heart function improvement rate,left ventricular ejection faction change and NT-proBNP change.Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule can ef ectively improve heart function on patients with cardiac insuf iciency after acute myocardial infarction.
