摘要
目的:探索重复使用针灸针清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌方法,保证患者安全,避免患者及医务人员感染性疾病的传播。方法自制细密金属筛筐,针对集中管理前存在的问题,制定清洗、消毒、包装流程,有效实施。结果保证清洗消毒质量,有效的控制医院感染的发生。改变包装方法,方便医生操作,避免再污染。结论提高了针灸针的清洗消毒灭菌质量,保障了患者的安全,有效地避免了患者及医务人员感染性疾病的传播,减少临床医务人员的工作量,临床科室对消毒供应中心的满意度不断提升。
Objective To explore the acupuncture needle cleaning,disinfection,packaging,sterilization method for repeated use,and ensuring the safety of the patient,to avoid the spread of the disease infection patients and medical staf.Methods The self-made miniature metal screen,aiming at the existing problems of centralized management of cleaning,disinfection,packaging,formulation process,the ef ective implementation of.Results The cleaning and disinfection quality,occurrence control nosocomial infection ef ectively.To change the packaging method,convenient doctor operation,avoid re pol ution.Conclusion To improve the cleaning quality of disinfection and sterilization of acupuncture needle,protect the safety of the patients,ef ectively avoid the spread of the disease infection patients and medical staf,reduces the workload of the clinical medical staf satisfaction,clinical department of sterilization and supply center continuously upgrade.
