摘要
目的:探讨微波治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法对照组口服氯雷他定并使用珍德鼻喷液,观察组使用1%地卡因副肾素液收缩和表面麻醉鼻腔粘膜,鼻内镜下微波烧灼鼻丘、中鼻、下鼻。结果随访1年后,对照组有效率86.67%,观察组有效率60.33%。结论微波治疗具有设备简单,价格便宜。其治疗创伤小,对机体无明显损害,可反复多次治疗,临床易于推广。
Objective To investigate the ef icacy of microwave in the treatment of perennial al ergic rhinitis.Methods The control group oral loratadine and Gide nasal spray liquid,the observation group of 1%dicaine Deputy renin liquid shrinkage and surface anesthesia of nasal mucosa,nasal endoscopic microwave cauterization agger nasi,nasal,nasal.Results After one year fol ow-up,the ef ective rate of control group was 86.67%,the ef ective rate was 60.33%in the observation group.Conclusion Microwave treatment has the advantages of simple equipment,low price.The treatment of trauma,no obvious damage to the body,repeated treatment,clinical and easy popularization.
