摘要
目的对无痛人流在疤痕子宫早孕患者中的应用效果进行观察分析。方法随机在我院2013年1月~2014年1月实施治疗的疤痕早孕患者中,选取288例,并将其均分成两组,分别实施人工流产术和实施芬太尼结合丙泊酚无痛人流,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果在手术时间和术中出血量对比上,观察组患者明显低于对照组,两组之间差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛人流在疤痕早孕患者中的应用,不但能够减少患者手术时间以及术中出血量,同时还能够有效减少不良反应的发生,减轻患者疼痛,值得在临床中加大推广应用。
Objective To observe and analyze the application ef ect in patients with uterine scar pregnancy painless in.Methods Randomly in our hospital from 2013 January-2014 year in January the implementation of treatment of scar pregnancy patients,we selected 288 cases,which were divided into two groups,respectively,the implementation of artificial abortion and fentanyl combined with propofol painless abortion,the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were analyzed.Results The operation time and bleeding volume comparison,the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,compared the dif erences between the two groups was statistical y significant(<0.05).Conclusion The application of painless abortion in scar pregnancy patients,not only can reduce the amount of bleeding in patients with operation time and operation,but also can ef ectively reduce the adverse reaction,reduce the pain of patients,is worthy of popularized in clinic.
