摘要
目的探究经皮肾镜钬激光术中患者采用的麻醉方法和麻醉效果。方法选取2012年7月~2013年12月收治的74例需要进行经皮肾镜钬激光术治疗的患者进行麻醉研究,实验组44例患者采取腰麻硬膜外的联合麻醉,对照组30例患者给予全身麻醉,观察患者的麻醉效果。结果实验组与对照组患者相比,起效时间快,药剂量少,而且麻醉效果的优良率较高,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者在经皮肾镜钬激光术的治疗中给予腰麻硬膜外的联合麻醉,药物的使用剂量较少,起效快,有安全显著的麻醉效果。
Objective To explore the method and ef ect of anesthesia anesthesia by using percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with holmium laser surgery patients in.Methods from 2012 July^2013 year in December 74 cases of anesthesia of percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser for the treatment of patients,44 cases in experimental group were treated by combined spinal epidural anesthesia,30 cases in the control group were given general anesthesia,anesthesia effect observation of patients.Results the experimental group compared with the control group of patients,the onset time of fast,less dosage,and the anesthetic effect of the excel ent and good rate higher,difference,with statistical significance(<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser surgery for spinal and epidural anesthesia,the use of low doses of drugs,rapid onset,anesthesia ef ect of safety significant.
