摘要
目的分析临床采取护理干预措施对提升老年高血压合并糖尿病患者生活质量的积极影响。方法选取本院自2012年9月~2013年12月收治的96例高血压合并糖尿病老年患者,随机分为观察组(48例)与对照组(48例)。其中对照组采取常规性护理方法,观察组在此基础上根据患者实际情况实施综合护理干预措施,对比并分析两组患者的生活质量提升情况。结果对比两组患者生活质量评分表结果,观察组患者评分总良好率95.83%;对照组患者评分总良好率89.58%。两组患者数据比较差异明显,结果具备统计学意义,P<0.05。结论通过对老年高血压合并糖尿病患者实施综合护理干预措施,缓解了老年患者的病痛,帮助他们改变不良生活习惯、树立战胜疾病的信心,有效提升生活质量,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical nursing intervention measures to enhance the positive ef ect of quality of life of elderly patients with hypertension complicated with diabetes mel itus.Methods 96 elderly patients with hypertension complicated with diabetes in our hospital from 2012 September^2013 year in December,were randomly divided into observation group(48 cases)and control group(48 cases).The control group received routine nursing,the observation group on the basis of the actual situation of comprehensive nursing interventionmeasures,comparison and analysis of quality of life improvement situation of twogroups of patients.Results The two groups were compared the patients life quality scale results,the patients in observation group were always good rate of 95.83%;the control group total scores in patients with good rate 89.58%.The two groups were significant dif erences between the data,the results have statistical significance,<0.05.Conclusion Through the implementation of measures of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes in elderly patients,al eviate pain,and help them to change the bad habits,establish the confidence to overcome the disease,improve the quality of life,has the value of clinical application.
