摘要
目的耳穴埋豆促进剖宫产术后产妇肛门排气的效果观察。方法选择2013年9月~12月于我院妇产科进行剖宫产手术的产妇100例,随机分为对照组50例和观察组50例。对照组给予一般术后护理;观察组在给予一般术后护理的基础上,实施耳穴埋豆,并每日定时进行按摩。观察两组产妇肠蠕动及肛门排气的时间。结果观察组50例产妇平均肠蠕动及肛门排气时间明显早于对照组50例产妇。两组之间存在显著差异﹙P<0.05﹚,具有统计学意义。结论针对剖宫产术后产妇实施耳穴埋豆促进肛门排气效果显著。
Objective Ear acupuncture point buries beans on the ef ect of maternal anal exhaust after cesarean section.Methods From September December to 2013 2013 in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology operation of cesarean section maternal 100 cases,were randomly divided into the control group 50 cases and observation group of 50 cases.The control group was given nursing after surgery;in the observation group received general nursing after operation on the basis of the implementation of auricular buried,beans,and daily massage.The two groups were observed the intestinal peristalsis and anal exhaust time.Results 50 cases in observation group mean maternal intestinal peristalsis and anal exhaust time significantly earlier than the control group of 50 cases of maternal.There was a significant dif erence between the two groups(<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion The cesarean section after the implementation of auricular buried bean promotion of anal exhaust ef ect.
