摘要
目的了解就诊本医院患者不动杆菌感染情况及其耐药性,为临床提供治疗和预防感染的理论依据。方法本院2012年5月~2014年3月住院及门诊患者的标本,采用美国德灵公司Autoscan4半自动鉴定仪对临床微生物样本进行鉴定和药敏试验。结果通过115例标本的检测,认为不动杆菌是引起呼吸系统及外伤感染的主要致病菌。结论不动杆菌的感染现状和耐药性及耐药趋势,应引起临床方面高度重视。
Objective To investigate the treatment of the hospital patients do not move and antibiotic resistance of bacteria infection,and provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment and prevention of infection.Methods Our hospital in 2012 May to 2014 March and flat during outpatient specimens,the American Dade Behring Autoscan4 semi automatic identification system for identification and susceptibility testing of clinical microbiological samples.Results The 115 cases were detected,that Acinetobacter is the main pathogen of respiratory system infection and trauma.Conclusion Acinetobacter infection status and drug resistance and drug resistance of bacteria,should cause clinical at ention.
