摘要
目的:探讨肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血内镜下套扎术的围术期护理。方法对本院67例肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者采用食管静脉曲张套扎术治疗,加强围术期护理,包括术前心理护理及准备,术后密切观察病情变化及出血征兆、加强饮食护理、用药护理。并观察其临床疗效、并发症及住院时间等。结果急诊止血率为100%(18/18),曲张静脉根治率为47.8%(32/67),曲张静脉好转率为44.8%(30/67)。平均住院时间为17.9d,未发生严重并发症。结论食管静脉曲张套扎术能有效控制肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血和消除曲张静脉,良好的围手术期护理是顺利实施内镜下套扎术,保障内镜下套扎术成功,促进患者康复,减少临床并发症,缩短病程的关键。
Objective To study the esophageal variceal ligation of perioperative nursing bleeding under endoscope.Methods Fracture patients with esophageal variceal ligation in treatment of hemorrhage in our hospital 67 cases of cirrhosis with esophageal varices,perioperative nursing,including preoperative preparation and psychological nursing,postoperative close observation of the disease changes and bleeding signs,to strengthen the diet nursing,medication nursing.And to observe its clinical curative ef ect,complications and hospitalization time.Results The hemostasis rate was 100%(18/18),the cure rate was 47.8%(32/67)of varicose vein,the improvement rate was 44.8%(30/67)of varicose vein.the average hospitalization time was 17.9d,no serious complications occurred.Conclusion Esophageal variceal ligation can ef ectively control the cirrhosis esophageal variceal bleeding and eliminating varicose veins,good peri operation period nursing is to implement the operation smoothly,the guarantee of successful operation,promote the rehabilitation of patients,reduce complications,shorten the course of the key.
