优质护理在基层医院门诊中的应用

摘要 目的:分析基层医院门诊护理特点,总结在基层医院门诊开展优质护理的效果。方法针对基层医院门诊实际情况,护理人员更新服务理念,加强优质护理服务学习,制订适合基层医院门诊特点的优质护理服务标准,并贯彻实施。结果实施优质护理服务后,患者投诉率、护理差错、护患纠纷(3.18%、1.45%、3.76%)明显低于实施前,护理满意度(96.82%)明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论在基层医院门诊中开展优质护理服务,可消除护理安全隐患,减少护患纠纷,提高患者满意度,进而保证治疗效果。 Objective To analyze characteristics of grass-roots hospital outpatient care,summarized in primary hospital outpatient care ef ect.Methods According to the actual situation of grass-roots hospital,nursing staf to update service concept,strengthen learning service quality care,formulate suitable for primary hospital outpatient characteristics of high quality nursing service standards,and implement the.Results The implementation of high quality nursing service,nursing,patient complaint rate error,nurse patient disputes(3.18%,1.45%,3.76%)was significantly lower than that before the implementation,nursing satisfaction(96.82%)was significantly higher than before(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out high-quality care in primary hospital outpatient service,can eliminate the hidden danger for nursing safety,decrease the dispute between nurses and patients,improve patient satisfaction,so as to ensure the treatment ef ect.
