摘要
目的探讨远侧胃大部切除术中布朗吻合术的临床应用价值及其并发症的预处理效果。方法回顾分析Bil rothⅡ式胃大部切除术+布朗吻合术38例。结果重度反流0例,轻度反流3例,无反流35例,无十二指肠残端破裂与倾倒综合征病例。结论布朗式吻合术在Bil rothⅡ式胃大部切除术中的应用,显著减少了碱性反流性胃炎及十二指肠残端破裂的发生。
Objective Discussion the clinical value about Brown anastomosis after distal gastrctomy.Methods Retrospectively analyze the data of 35patients used Bil roth's II Gastrojejunostomy and Braun's anastomosis.Results 0 cases of severe regurgitation,mild regurgitation in 3 cases,without reflux in 32 cases,no rupture with duodenal stump dumping syndrome cases.Conclusion Brown anastomosis in Bil roth II type gastrectomy applications,significantly reduce the occurrence of alkalinity regurgit and duodenal fistula.
