摘要
目的探讨注射部位过高对肌肉注射时疼痛程度的影响。方法通过回顾我院门诊2012年7月~2013年8月500例肌肉注射同种药物患者临床资料,分析肌肉注射偏高对疼痛的影响。结果通过问卷调查信息反馈500例患者中约有180例疼痛明显,因药物刺激引起疼痛约150例,因注射部位偏高引起疼痛约30例。采用一系列护理措施后有部分患者1w后缓解,有少数患者10~后才缓解。结论通过对比分析,采用同种注射方法,选择不同的注射部位,带给患者的痛苦是绝然不同的。合适的注射部位能有效减轻患者因注射时带来的痛苦,0d让其积极配合治疗、避免并发症的发生,提高治疗效果[1]。
Objective To investigate the ef ect of pain on injection site high degree of muscle injection.Methods In July August to 2013 2012 in our hospital,outpatient clinic data of 500 cases of intramuscular injection of same drug patients,analysis of the impact of higher intramuscular injection of pain.Results Through the questionnaire survey information feedback in 500 patients about 180 cases of pain significantly,because the drug induced pain about 150 cases,injection site pain caused by high about 30 cases.Using a series of nursing measures after some patients a week after remission,a minority of patients ten to twenty days to ease.Conclusion Through the contrast analysis,using the same method of injection,injection sites of dif erent,bring the pain of the patient is quite different.The injection site right can ef ectively reduce the patients because of injection pain,let them actively cooperate with the treatment,prevent the occurrence of complications,improve the treatment ef ect[1].
