摘要
目的总结155例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的护理体会。方法术前对患者认真评估,讲解腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的优点,做好患者的心理护理;术后严密观察病情,正确评估,加强基础护理,预防并发症。结果155例患者均痊愈出院。结论做好腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的围手术期护理至关重要。术前宣教、术后正确评估、严密观察病情和加强基础护理是腹腔镜胆囊切除术护理工作中的重点。
Objective To summarize the experience of nursing 155 cases of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Preoperative patients careful y evaluated,explain the advantages of laparoscopic cholecystectomy,do patients psychological care.Results 155 patients were cured and discharged.Conclusion Peri operation period nursing on laparoscopic cholecystectomy critical patients.Education before operation,postoperative close observation and proper assessment,strengthening basic nursing is the key technique of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in nursing work.
