摘要
目的探究实习医生建立良好医患关系的影响因素,提出相应建议与对策。方法采用简单随机抽样对900例人员进行问卷及访谈调查。结果媒体报道影响公众对实习医生医患关系的认识;实习医生的综合素质有待提高;患者对实习医生存在一定排斥。结论政府应深化医疗改革并加强正面舆论引导,带教医生应采取合理全面的教学方案,实习医生应提高自身综合素质,与患者加强沟通。
Objective To explore the influencing factors about the doctor-patient relationship for interns.Methods A simple random sampling questionnaires and interviews investigation on 900 relevant persons.Results The interns,comprehensive quality is weak,interns'credibility with patients is low,intern-patient relationship has large hidden danger.Negative information of doctor-patient relationship from media report af ects public at itude.Some patients are comparatively ostracize interns.Conclusion The government should deepen health care reform and give positive guidance of media.Clinical teachers should adopt reasonable and comprehensive teaching programs.Interns should improve their comprehensive quality.
